Here are some Frequently Asked Questions about ordering online.
What forms of payment are accepted? --We accept VISA,
MasterCard, American Express, Discover and prepayment with cashier's checks, money orders, and personal
checks, In our High End Audio Store we only accept prepayment with cashier's checks, money orders, and personal
checks, this is due to Fraud protection purposes. For personal checks and money orders, please allow
7 to 10 days for the check to clear for processing.
Why do you accept credit card payment on some items and others must be prepaid? -- Due to the small but significant problem of Credit card fraud. High-ticket items are available by prepayment only. By avoiding the cost of fraudulent credit card purchases I am able to pass these saving on to you the customer. My goal is to provide to you the best price and service possible. As the little guy on the block I can do this only by avoiding these problems.
-
Can I ship products to an address other than my credit card billing address? -- No, to avoid Fraudulent Credit card orders your Billing address and shipping address must match. If they don't match your order will not be shipped. If you are in need of using an alternative shipping address we suggest that you contact your credit card company and register your desired delivery address. Credit card companies will decline authorization of delivery to an address different from your billing address unless you have notified them in advance.
-
When should I expect delivery of my order?--For domestic orders, your order should arrive in
5 to 7 days by United Parcel Service, please allow an additional 5 to 7 days for
check clearance if payment is made by check or money order.. At the moment,
again due to Credit Card Fraud we do not ship international orders,
